Each kit has simple instructions on the back and all you need is a stove, pot and container, I like to use a mason jar. The dried berries will absorb the water as it simmers. To get the most out of the berries we suggest you use a fine strainer, cheese cloth or muslin bag to catch the berries and then once cool you can squeeze out all the goodness. The syrup can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks and each kit makes 750ml or 20 oz. Try making gummies for your kids, they will gobble them up!
Adults take 1/2 - 1 tbls per day
Children take 1/2 - 1 tsp per day
