Refund policy

We currently ship within Canada.

We offer flat rate shipping within Canada, as well as free shipping for orders exceeding $80 (before taxes). We also offer a local pickup option at our studio in East Vancouver.

Orders are packed and leave our studio within 3 business days, and we'll get in touch in the rare event that we need a touch longer to fulfill your order. Please allow up to a week for shipping once your order has left our studio.

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If there is a discrepancy with your order, please let us know within a week so we can make it right.

Should your order be damaged during shipping, please let us know within a week of delivery, so we can fix it for you. Please email plentyandspare@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item, as well as the packaging it arrived in.
